I did a lot of temporary work back in the 1990’s and I’ve done a couple of temporary jobs recently. I’m just wondering how I might land a job working at a temporary employment agency. The recruiters there apparently have full time jobs finding jobs for other people.

You would need to apply for an agency that is hiring recruiters.
The actual hiring recruiting aspect you know labor law do you need to go from there.
