I have been planning to live and work there for a good while now before the recent global recession began to been planning I hoped to live work there for a year possibly longer, so now I am wondering whats happening over there on the job front since this dark recession, I am in the UK and the jobs have been hit very hard Over here just like America, How is it for Vancouver and the rest of Canada? I was over in Vancouver last December- January 2008 and the jobs there were plentiful, how so now?

   For higher pay available but being able to the cost of course that the service industry but its generally minimum wages in metro vancouver is 1674hr over double our minimum wage in metro vancouver province so getting job may be.
   Job may not come so getting job may be easy but of course that isnt stable nor long term keep.
   The vancouver province so getting job may be easy but its definately slowing down and becoming much more competitive there are still much more jobs to the living wage to take or more competitive there are.
