My boyfriend just graduated from college with an associates degree in Animating. We’ve been looking online for jobs, and he’s posted his resume on three different sites. But most of the jobs say they’d like 3-5 years of experience. How is he suppose to find a job when no one will hire him so he could gain some experience? He graduated at the top of his class and is very creative. Any advice?

   The animation or posting them while approaching firms that would hire with places that would hire with places that would hire with places that would hire with professional experience they should be able to connect him with their recommendation if that doesnt pan out at least ask how to connect.

   An animation production he could be an illustrator or colorist at first.
