What casual job does not require experience, easy to get, non-labour, and useful in gaining skills?

I have no luck in getting a professional engineering job at the moment. So I am trying to get a casual job which will be beneficial for my value in professional career. Are there any examples of casual, “no-experience-required” jobs which are useful for gaining value?

    An engineering firm then you will know people when there is an opening.
