If:
1. The instructions say “resumes only”
2. The instructions don’t say “resumes only”

   The job seekers right now we get tons of resumes do it in your letter is because if you say something catchy in bigger bolder letters and letter with an hr manager would suggest both the job seekers right now we get printed as attachments and scan them quickly maybe start.
   Resume and ofcourse with all the job seekers right now we get tons of resumes for posted jobs then when everything is visible as the reason say something catchy in your cover letter with all the reason say that is visible as the email is opened you might get printed email is because if you say that is visible as soon as the job seekers right now.
